TÜV SÜD: Testing and inspection body for UN pressure receptacles
 |  | TÜV SÜD Industrie Service GmbH has been approved by the German Federal Institute for Materials Research and Testing (BAM) to be the first testing and inspection body for UN pressure receptacles in Germany. |
With this approval at hand TÜV SÜD can support its customers regarding:
- Type test of UN pressure receptacles according to the regulations for the carriage of dan-gerous goods on roads (/ADR), by train (RID) and on sea (IMDG-Code)
- Assessment of the quality system of the manufacturer of UN pressure receptacles
- Initial inspection and test of UN pressure receptacles
- Periodic inspection and test of UN pressure receptacles
The approval of manufacturers and types will be issued by BAM based on our test reports. BAM will publish a list of the approved manufacturers and types in the internet.
With this extension of our product range we provide one stop shopping for our customers interested in an European approval according to directive 1999/36/EC 
and additionally according to the UN model regulations.
