Innovative Systems - ADIASYSTEM®

ADIASYSTEM® is a computer based method for measurements on elevators and escalators and for proper documentation of test results. The complete equipment kit consists of measuring instruments and specific software tools. Via notebook PC and specially developed electronic transducers various safety relevant aspects are recorded directly on site.

ADIASYSTEM® provides approved procedures that help elevator experts to conduct essential statutory tests and examinations. All results are precise and expressed in quantified figures, they can be easily saved for documentation or compared with previous findings.

Specific measurements with the ADIASYSTEM® procedures can be applied for initial acceptance tests, for periodic tests and verifications as well as for expert opinion investigations. Findings do not only reflect important safety issues but cover aspects such as performance characteristics and reliability.

• Assessment of the correct adjustment of the safety gears (no test weights required)
• Quantitative determination of the traction (no test weights required)
• Recording of speed/time and istance/time diagrams
• Determination of deceleration profiles or ravel quality characteristics
• Verification of the function of the re-leveling device (hydraulic elevators - no test weights required)
• Judgement on the adjustment of hydraulic safety valves
• Recording of pressure / time diagrams
• Correct measurement of actual physical values (mass of car and counterweight, rated speed, travel distance, etc.)
• Determination of kinematical properties of elevator doors
